The Kesh
Slow flute version of the Kesh jig.
A nice version is over at Irish Flute Tunes:

The Connaughtman’s Rambles
Here’s a slow and a faster version of the jig, “Connaughtman’s Rambles.” This is one of the first tunes I learned on whistle. These are pretty simple versions; I’ll likely add a faster version with more ornamentation at a later time.

Tune Swap May 2, 2008: Humours of Tralibane
This is one of the jigs I picked up from flute player Harry Bradley during my trip to Ireland back in December and January.
Gallagher’s Frolics
This setting is from the Midwest Session Tunes book.
Banks of Lough Gowna
Here’s a flute version of “Banks of Lough Gowna.”
I use thesession.org a lot to see what other recordings are out there of a particular tune. The site isn’t always 100% accurate (some tunes are mis-named on recordings or you may find a different setting on some albums), but it’s good for tracking down albums to start with. The version on Marcas O’Murchu’s Turas Ceoil is very nice (Marcas is a brilliant flute player!). I would be the version by Seamus Tansey is a good flute source as well.
